ACEQUIA DE LA COMUNIDAD OVERFLOW STRUCTURE REPAIR PROJECT, SANTA FE COUNTY, NM

The Acequia de La Comunidad is soliciting Cost Quotations for repairs to a concrete overflow structure on the Consolidated Ditch located in Nambe Pueblo, New Mexico. Cost Quotations will be received by the Acequia de la Comunidad at the office of William J. Miller Engineers, Inc., 1511 Third St, Santa Fe, NM 87505 via email to construct@wjmillerengineers.com. Cost quotations are due at 5:00 pm on March 11, 2024.

An optional site visit will be conducted at the Project Site in Nambe Pueblo, NM on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, beginning at 10:00 am. Contractors should meet at Nambe Pueblo Governor’s Office, 15A Bay Poe, Nambe, NM, 87506 before travelling to the Project site.

Sealed bids for the construction of the Storm Ditch Association Diversion Dam Structure #1 Improvement Project, Lincoln County, NM, will be received by the Storm Ditch Association at the office of William J. Miller Engineers, Inc., 1511 Third St., Santa Fe, NM 87505, until 5:00 pm on February 15, 2024. The bids will be opened and read aloud at 5:00 pm on February 15, 2024, at the office of William J. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Project site in Hondo, NM, on February 8, 2024. Prospective bidders are invited to meet at the intersection of Old Schoolhouse Rd and County Road 17 at 11:00 am February 8, 2024, before traveling to the Project site.
